Movements

In horology, a watch or clock movement (also referred to as calibre), is the inner mechanism that acts as the engine of a watch or clock. The movement allows the watch or clock and it’s functions to operate, such as moving hands, calendar and keeping accurate time.  Movements come in two main types: Mechanical (Manual & Automatic) and Quartz. There are many different movements by watch manufacturers and it is important you choose the right one. If you need help finding the right movement, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
